What if I need to reschedule or cancel my lesson?

If you need to reschedule a lesson, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance, subject to your coach’s availability. We do not accept cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice, and cancellations within 12-24 hours will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Please be on time. Any delays or interruptions during the lesson will be at your own expense, and our coaches will not extend the lesson time to make up for it (unless there are exceptional circumstances)
