# How do I get a refund?

Refunds are processed based on our **Refund Policy**, which is outlined below:

* **Full Refund**: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson.
* **Partial Refund (50%)**: Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before the lesson.
* **No Refund**: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the lesson or in case of a **no-show**.
