What should I do if I can’t attend the lesson?

If you are unable to attend the lesson, please cancel or reschedule it via the confirmation email as soon as possible. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy applies, and the lesson can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. If you fail to attend without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Please be on time. Any delays or interruptions during the lesson will be at your own expense, and our coaches will not extend the lesson time to make up for it (unless there are exceptional circumstances)
