Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Tech House Academy, a platform offering 1-on-1 private lessons for house music producers. By booking a lesson, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance through our website.

  • Lesson availability is subject to instructor schedules.

  • By booking, you acknowledge that our refund and cancellation policy applies.

3. Right of Withdrawal

  • Under Dutch consumer law, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, this right does not apply if the service (lesson) is scheduled for a specific time and date and you have explicitly agreed to waive the withdrawal right upon booking.

  • By booking a lesson, you expressly agree that the service will be delivered at a set time, waiving the standard 14-day withdrawal right.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours in advance, subject to instructor availability.

  • Cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy (see below).

5. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

6. Instructor Availability

  • If an instructor cannot attend, we will offer a reschedule at no extra cost.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Students must behave respectfully during lessons. Any harassment, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Tech House Academy is not responsible for technical issues on the student's end, such as poor internet connection, software incompatibilities, or external disruptions.
